We are a thriving dance studio located in Stallings/Matthews, NC. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. With a passionate team and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create a positive and inspiring environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities: As an instructor at our studio, you will be responsible for leading a dance class of all ages in several genres of dance. Your contributions will play in ensuring the success and growth of our studio. We measure success in this role by the growth of the students' ability and the success of the growth of the class.

To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals who align with our studio's values and possess the following qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Passion for dance and a genuine interest in nurturing students' love for the arts form.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends, to accommodate class schedules.
• Experience teaching dance with young children.
• Knowledge of several genres of dance
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Assistant at our studio, you will be responsible for greeting individuals when they arrive at the studio. Pointing potential new dancers to the correct classes for them and registering students for their perfect class. Answering any questions that may arise.
